3 Article Reviews About Womens Main Reason on Skipping Workouts, Workout Ideas, and Bad Effects off Goal Setting

One Reason Why Women Skip Workouts

According to Dr. Amy J. McMichael, a dermatologist at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina,  40 percent of her African American patients state that hair issues is their main excuse in not working out. For these patients, the hair is hard to maintain after exercise because of the sweat that transpires after the workout. This serves as a hassle in their part.

As a result, majority of these patients were found out to be overweight. As the doctor of these patients, Amy is very concern with the risks of having hypertension, diabetes and other complicated diseases.

For Sara Jio, author of the article, even though she does not have a coarse hair like many African Americans have, it is very tiring to wash the hair when it sweats a lot.
